Notice of Zoning Map Amendment Public Hearing, August 10, 2023

The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Aldermen has called a Public Hearing at 6:00p.m. on August 10, 2023, at the Southport Community Building located at 223 E. Bay Street.

The Public Hearing is to discuss and hear from the public regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment to the City of Southport Official Zoning Map. The amendment seeks to change property identified by parcel number 237LA02806 and located at 605 W Brown Street from Multi-Family (MF) to Residential (R-10).

A copy of the proposed amendment may be found in the City of Southport Development Services Department offices.
