City of Southport Request for Proposals: Abatement Design for Former Southport City Hall Building
The City of Southport is soliciting qualifications submittals from interested contractors to provide professional abatement services for asbestos-containing, mold-impacted, and lead-contained building materials for the former City Hall building located at 201 E. Moore Street. The building was constructed in 1854 as the County Courthouse and consists of approximately 8,500 square feet. The building is on the National Register of Historic Places. All work is to be done in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
