Between February 28th and April 15th, 2024, Southport will be conducting a survey among its electric customers to measure satisfaction levels, gather opinions, and identify opportunities to improve our services.

The digital survey will be conducted by the Maru Group (“Maru”), a professional research firm. To complete the survey, you can click the link below or scan the QR code included on the insert sent in your upcoming utility bill. You will also be able to access the digital survey via our website or social media posts.

Your responses are completely confidential. No information will be released that might, in any way, reveal the identity of any customer that participates in the survey.
