CITY OF SOUTHPORT BOARD OF ALDERMEN SPECIAL CLOSED SESSION MEETING
Board of Aldermen of the City of Southport have scheduled a Special Closed Session Meeting for Monday, December 11th, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Southport Community Building located at 223 E. Bay Street.
The meeting will begin in open session and end in open session, but there is no City business being conducted in open session. The meeting will not be live streamed.
The Board of Aldermen will be meeting in Closed Session per NCGS 143-318.11 a.3.
This meeting will not be open to the public based on N.C.G.S.143-318.11 a.(3):
To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege between the attorney and the public body, which privilege is hereby acknowledged.
