CITY OF SOUTHPORT PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Southport recently contracted with the Cape Fear Council of Governments to conduct a build-out study. The study was conducted to identify potential areas of growth and how many dwelling units could potentially be built, at a maximum, as well as other types of development.

The study also considered the area’s growth rate and demographics. A copy of the final presentation can be viewed below.
