A zoning map amendment for a .46 acre tract in the ETJ at 116 E. 13th St. The property is on the corner of E 13th and Atlantic Ave. The Tax Parcel ID # of the property is 221MB01801. The applicants are requesting that the property be amended on the zoning map from Business District to Single Family Residential.
