Notice is hereby given that the Southport Board of Aldermen special meeting scheduled for Monday, June 23, 2025, at 9 AM in Indian Trail, 113 W Moore St. for the purpose of adopting the FY26 City Budget.
The purpose of the meeting is hereby amended to include in addition to the budget the consideration of the following.
- FY 2025-26 Budget Amendments
- ZTA 25-03, Zoning Text Amendment – Section 2.11 Conditional Rezoning
- Development Agreement – Waterway Community
- Conditional Zoning Map Amendment – CZ-25-01 Waterway Community
