City staff and elected officials are aware of a campaign, which includes but is not limited to robo-calls, anonymous emails, and door-to-door solicitation, that is making its way through the local community. This campaign is not sponsored or endorsed by the City of Southport. The information being circulated may be false or misinterpreted.

The City of Southport makes every effort to enforce, mitigate, and respond to all calls, reports, and infractions in an honest and fair manner based on the ordinances outlined within our Unified Development Ordinance and Code of Ordinances, in addition to local, state, and federal laws and mandates.
