Under the provisions of The City of Southport Code of Ordinances Chapter 9 Article II Division 3.-Noise Sec.9-93. Noises Specifically Prohibited, City Manager Noah Saldo hereby moves the start time for all outside private contractors work start time from 6:00 am to 7:00 am, effective immediately.

Due to extreme heat and weather advisories, beginning Tuesday, June 24, 2025, construction can begin at 6:00 am, as authorized by the City Manager.
