Public Notice: Sealed proposals for the Indian Trail Meeting Hall Foundation Improvements will be received until 4:00 p.m., local time, on August 28, 2025 at 10:00 AM which time and place, bids will be opened and read aloud. The Town reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all Proposals. Bids can be mailed or hand-delivered to:

A non-mandatory (for the General Contractor) Pre-Bid meeting will be held on August 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM at:

Work generally consists of the removal and replacement of the perimeter timber girders of the first floor of the Indian Trail Town Meeting Hall. In addition, the floor framing is being reinforced to allow for an assembly loading of 100 psf and the rear double door opening is being bricked in to reduce it to a single door opening.
