City of Southport Request for Proposals: Vegetative and C&D Debris Removal/Disposal

The City of Southport is currently accepting bids for the removal and disposal of Vegetative Debris and removal of C&D (Construction and Demolition) Debris for the tropical, winter and nor’ eastern storm seasons through June 30, 2027.  Bidders’ instructions and proposal forms may be obtained from the City Clerk, 1029 N. Howe St., Southport, NC  28461, or by contacting Tom Stanley, Public Service Director, at (910) 457-7935.  Documents may also be downloaded from the City of Southport’s website at http://www.cityofsouthport.com.

Deadline for submittal of bids will be 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at which time the bid opening and reading will take place by city staff. Interested parties are recommended to attend the Pre-bid Conference scheduled at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 27, 2025, in the upstairs conference room at City Hall, 1029 N. Howe St., Southport, NC  28461.
