CITY OF SOUTHPORT BOARD OF ALDERMEN NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET FY2024-2025

The proposed 2024-2025 operating budget for the City of Southport has been presented to the Board of Aldermen and will be available for public inspection at City Hall, located at 1029 N. Howe Street from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. weekdays. A copy of the budget will be available at the James and Margaret Harper Library located at 109 W. Moore Street, and on the City’s website: www.cityofsouthport.com

PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Aldermen will hold a Public Hearing on June 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Building, 223 E. Bay Street, for the purpose of receiving public comments on the proposed operating budget for FY 2024-2025. Meetings are open to the public and will also be streamed live on the City’s website.
