Zoning Map Amendment

The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Aldermen will meet on
Thursday, September 12th at 6 PM at the City of Southport Community Building,
located at 223 E. Bay St for the purpose of holding a public hearings on:

Zoning Map Amendments
R-10 to BD
RZ 19-0517-01, RZ 19-0524-01, RZ 19-0709-01

Three separate zoning map amendment applications of properties in the Yacht Basin
area along W. Moore St, S. Caswell Ave, and W Bay St. The tax parcel identification
numbers of the properties are 237LF001, 237LF002, 237LF003, and 237LF004. The
applicants are requesting a zoning map amendment to change the zoning of the
properties from Single Family Residential to Business District.
