Special Called Joint Meeting of the Board of Aldermen and the Southport Planning Board

The Board of Aldermen has scheduled a Special Joint Board Workshop for Thursday, March 24th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Southport Community Building located at 223 E. Bay Street, Southport. Both the Board of Aldermen and the Planning Board will be in attendance to hear about the proposed
Indigo Phase 2 project.

The purpose of this workshop is to inform both City boards of the proposed project, so they feel more comfortable answering questions and making decisions. There will be a public comment period. Additionally, a community meeting will be scheduled soon to give the public the chance to ask more questions.
