NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: The City of Southport Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 6 pm at the City of Southport Community Building, located at 223 E Bay St to consider the following: Zoning Text Amendment – 3.14 Parking, a resident is requesting approval for a Text Amendment to the UDO that would exempt nonconforming lots less than 4,000 sf in the Business District from parking requirements.
