The City of Southport Planning Board Review Committee will meet on May 5th

The Planning Board Review Committee has scheduled a special meeting on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at the Nash Street Fire Station located at 111 E. Nash Street at 10:00-11:30 a.m.

The focus of this review committee meeting is to consider three applications for rezoning.
• (5) lots between W. 14th St. and N. Howe St. for rezoning from Business to Highway Commercial. (RZ 22-0307-01)
• (27) lots between W. 14th St. and W. 12th St. for rezoning from Business/Multi-family to Residential (R-10) (RZ 22-0310-01)
• (6) lots on W. 14th St. for rezoning from Multi-family to Residential (R-10) (RZ 22-0310-02)
