NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED PLANNING BOARD REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING, March 29, 2023

The Planning Board Review Committee has scheduled a review committee meeting at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, March 29th, 2023, at the Nash Street Fire Substation, located at 111 E Nash Street

The purpose of this review committee meeting is to discuss the Major Site Plan application for the Shoppes at Dutchman Village, located at the northeast corner of J. Swain Boulevard and Eason Street.

The meeting is open to the public, but there will be no public comment because the review committee and staff will be conducting a technical review.
