PUBLIC INPUT MEETING, September 12, 2022
The purpose of the meeting is review and discuss an application for Conditional Rezoning for parcels# 221MA02802, 221MA02803, 221MA02804, 221MA028, 221MA02801, and 221MA02701. These lots total 2.08 acres and are currently in the Business zoning district (BD), at the intersection of N. Howe Street and W. 14th Street.
The applicant (Rhetson Companies, Inc.) is seeking a Conditional Rezoning to Highway Commercial (HC-CZ) for the purpose of developing “Southport Shops.” The principal use is retail sales. The applicant has submitted a Traffic Impact Study and site plans that will be on site during the public meeting.
The public meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at the Indian Trail Meeting Hall, located at 113 W. Moore Street, Southport.
