PUD Master Development Plan Public Hearing, September 8, 2022

The Board of Aldermen has scheduled a Public Hearing for Thursday, September 8th, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Southport Community Building at 223 E. Bay Street, Southport.

The Board of Aldermen will hold the public hearing for the PUD Master Development Plan and the rezoning of 346.57 acres known as Indigo Plantation Phase 2. The Indigo PUD master development plan includes a proposed 1,542 dwelling units and 80,000 square feet of non-residential use. The PUD Master Development Plan’s bubble diagram shows the different planned areas of the development and how they will differ in density, allowable uses, and allowable housing types.
