CREWS PRESENT: Beginning December 14th, NCDOT crews will be performing bulb out and crosswalk preparations on Howe Street at the corners of East and West Nash Streets. NCDOT crews will be cutting out sections of asphalt and sidewalks to make way for new crosswalks. This work is expected to be completed by the end of January. Crosswalk paintings will come at a later date that is to be determined.
