The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Aldermen will meet on Thursday, June 10th at 6 pm at the City of Southport Community Building, located at 223 E. Bay St for the purpose of holding a public hearing on:
Zoning Map Amendment
RZ 21-0114-01
N. Caswell Rezonings Phase 1
Parcel ID 221MA017, 221MA01701 221MA018, 221MA019 MF to R-10
The proposed zoning map amendment application is for the first group of nonconforming lots along N. Caswell & N. Lord zoned MF. The amendment would rezone 4 tracts from MF to R-10.
