An Evening of Celebration and Excitement 

Bring a lawn chair and join us for an outdoor program along the beautiful Cape Fear River. We’ll meet on the Garrison lawn and enjoy the Salubrious Breezes while we celebrate the Commemorative Bricks, plus the exciting kickoff of the online Vintage Historic Marker Auction!  See the additions to the Fort Johnston Commemorative Brick Walkway.  Plus, all fifteen historical markers will be on display to help you choose which one you want to own as your personal piece of Southport history.
