The City of Southport Board of Aldermen meet once a month on the second Thursday of every month.  The meeting is held in the Southport Community Building, 223 E. Bay Street at 6 p.m. Meetings are also live-streamed here.

City meetings are open to the public. Social distancing and facial coverings are not required. Meeting capacity is limited.

The City of Southport does not discriminate on the basis of disability. An agenda packet is available for public viewing on the Monday before the Board of Aldermen meeting.  The packets are located at the City Clerk’s office in City Hall and at the Harper Library.
