City of Southport Request for Qualifications: Information Technology Services

The City of Southport, North Carolina is seeking qualifications from qualified, professional consultants and firms for IT Managed Services.

The selected consultant(s) will be responsible for developing and maintaining the information technology systems of the City, including software applications, workstation hardware and peripherals, file servers, network systems, email and online systems.

The proposed scope of work includes:

• Assessing all the existing IT systems, software, and security to ensure that the IT systems align with best practices.
• Strategizing the existing IT issues and developing a plan to improve or replace IT infrastructure.
• Managing the IT assets and providing dedicated support for end users.
