City of Southport Request for Qualifications: System Development Fee Study and Utility System Rate Study
The City of Southport is seeking proposals from experienced landscaping companies for maintaining three (3) cemeteries within the City of Southport.
A pre-bid meeting is available on April 18, 2023, but it is not mandatory. The company selected will be responsible for the following cemeteries:
- Northwood Cemetery: 7.65 acres, (10) roads
- Old Smithville Cemetery: 2.4 acres
- John Smith Cemetery: 3.54 acres
Each cemetery has a recommended maintenance plan. And each cemetery should be maintained on a weekly basis.
