
City of Southport Request for Bids: Phase II – Vegetative and C&D Debris Removal/Disposal
The City of Southport is currently accepting bids for the removal and disposal of Vegetative Debris and removal of C&D (Construction and Demolition) Debris for the tropical, winter and nor’ eastern storm seasons through June 30, 2025. Bidders’ instructions and proposal forms may be obtained from the Assistant City Manager/City Clerk, 1029 N. Howe St., Suite 100, Southport, NC 28461, or by contacting Ms. Dorothy Dutton, City Clerk, at (910) 457-7925. Documents may also be downloaded from the City of Southport’s website at http://www.cityofsouthport.com.
Deadline for submittal of bids will be 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at which time the bid opening and reading will take place by City Staff. Interested parties are recommended to attend the Pre-bid Conference scheduled at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 in a conference room made available at the Nash Street Fire Substation, 111 E. Nash Street, Southport, NC 28461. .
