The City of Southport Board of Adjustment has rescheduled the meeting and quasi-judicial hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The meeting and quasi-judicial hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. at the Indian Trail Meeting Hall, located at 113 W. Moore Street. The purpose of the holding an evidentiary quasi-judicial is to review an application for:

• Variance Request: Reduction of the front setback requirement for parcel 238HG042, or identified as 244 Joshua’s Way, Southport, NC. The request is to reduce the front setback from 25-feet to 10-feet.
