The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at 4:30 pm at the City of Southport Community Building, located at 226 E. BayStreet for the purpose of holding an evidentiary quasi-judicial hearing on:
VAR 21-0208-01, 111 & 113 Hankins Dr, requested by G.W. Smith
A request asking for a variance from the minimum dimensional requirements of the R-10 zoning district. The applicant is looking to subdivide two existing houses that are located on a single lot.
VAR 21-0303-01, 322 Brunswick St, requested by Robert & Donna Blakely
A variance request seeking relief from the 3-foot freeboard requirement found in Article 5 -Flood Prevention Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a one-foot freeboard in lieu of the three foot freeboard.
SUP 21-0212-01, 508 Brunswick St, requested by Jennifer Stenner
A Special Use Permit application for an accessory dwelling in an existing accessory structure.
