The Board of Aldermen has scheduled a Special Board Workshop for Thursday, January 19, at 8:30 a.m. at the Indian Trail Meeting Hall at 113 W. Moore Street.

The purpose of this meeting is to allow the Board to participate in Leadership and Communication training and begin working on a strategic plan for the upcoming year. This is an open meeting, but space is limited. It will be available for viewing live on the website.
