The public will take notice that the City of Southport Board of Aldermen will meet on Thursday, July 8th at 6 pm at the City of Southport Community Building, located at 223 E. Bay St for the purpose of holding a public hearing on:

Zoning Text Amendment Homestay & Short-Term Vacation Rentals

The proposed zoning text amendment would amend Articles 2, 3, and 8 of the Unified Development Ordinance. The proposed zoning amendment would add zoning regulations for Homestays and Short-Term Vacation Rentals.
