PUBLIC NOTICE – Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting

The public will take notice that the Southport Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on
Tuesday, August 28, 4:30 pm at 111 E. Nash St for the purpose of holding an
evidentiary public hearing and will make a quasi-judicial decision on the Conditional Use
Permit mentioned below:

Conditional Use Permit, Accessory Dwelling
