FEMA Final Public Notice: Kingsley Park Pier
The City of Southport has applied for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) Program funding through North Carolina Emergency Management (NCEM) as a sub- recipient.
Project Title: 160718 – Southport – E. Bay Street Park Damages; PA-04-NC-4568-PW-00219
Proposed Work and Purpose:
The Town of Southport will repair a pier at Kingsley Park (33.91959, -78.01306); by replacing 16 wood pilings, 497LF of wood girders, 1,490LF of wood decking, galvanized straps and bolts, and 702LF of stainless-steel railing cable.
