Advertisement for Bids City of Southport, NC: Phase II – Vegetative and C&D Debris removal/disposal

The City of Southport is currently accepting bids for the removal and disposal of Vegetative Debris and removal of C&D (Construction and Demolition) Debris for the tropical, winter and nor’ eastern storm seasons through June 30, 2023.  Bidders’ instructions and proposal forms may be obtained from the City Clerk, 1029 N. Howe St., Suite 100, Southport, NC  28461, or by contacting Ms. Dorothy Dutton, City Clerk, at (910) 457-7925.  Documents may also be downloaded from the City of Southport’s website at https://cityofsouthport.com.

The deadline for submittal of bids will be 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at which time the bid opening and reading will take place by Town Staff.

The City of Southport reserves the right to reject any or all project proposals.
